August at Vision Montessori of Chantilly will be a month filled with sunshine, creativity, and joyful learning! As summer will gracefully transition into the new school year, our Infant, Toddler, Primary, and Kindergarten classrooms will embrace engaging themes and hands-on experiences that will nurture independence, curiosity, and confidence — the essence of Montessori education.

Classroom Highlights

• Infants: Our youngest learners will embark on a sensory-rich journey of discovery and friendship. Through guided nature walks, water play, texture hunts, and art exploration, infants will strengthen fine motor skills and will develop curiosity and creativity. Each activity will encourage exploration and connection with the world around them.

• Toddlers: Toddlers will enjoy a month full of imagination and movement! They will step into the magic of the Circus, will soar with colorful Kites, will explore the wonder of Bubbles, and will finish the month surrounded by cheerful Sunflowers. Language, math, and geography lessons will continue to build foundational skills through play and exploration.

• Primary: Primary students will explore the Five Senses, will learn about Feelings and Emotions, will discover the colors of the Rainbow, and will celebrate Friendship through teamwork and kindness. These themes will inspire creativity, empathy, and collaboration as students will prepare for a vibrant new school year.

• Pre-K/Kindergarten: Our Kindergarteners will strengthen academic foundations while exploring nature-inspired weekly themes. Language lessons will focus on phonetic sounds, blending, comprehension, and writing. Math will include addition, subtraction, and word problems at each child’s pace. Geography and science will come alive through interactive lessons and experiments.​
